About Us

NSARDA Kent train and qualify dogs and their handlers to be able to find High Risk Vulnerable Missing People.

NSARDA Kent has a number of different breeds of dog qualified and in training for the disciplines of Air Scenting and Trailing.

They work alongside and with Kent Search And Rescue, who are always on call and ready to be deployed by Kent Police 24 hours a day.

NSARDA Kent provide this service completely free of charge, as do all of the Member Associations.

NSARDA is a charity-based Association representing Member Associations

The purpose of NSARDA is to:

Promote on a National level the charitable work of the Member Search and Rescue Dog Associations of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland;
Promote the development of Search Dogs, Dog Handlers and Dog Supports / Navigators to locate high risk missing persons;
Support handlers to achieve a greater understanding of training of Search Dogs.
