NSARDA Kent Callout 24.08.23
Charlie Savin with Willow along with Stuart Kenny with Scout deployed with their search team Kent Search And Rescue in the search for a missing female.
This deployment involving both dog teams starting approx 01:40am and were stood down at 4:15pm after searching numerous areas.
Just prior to re-deployment the missing person was unfortunately found deceased by Kent Police.
Our thoughts and condolences are with the family at this sad and difficult time.
We will try and keep you posted as to what we are up to. Being very busy volunteers, many with day jobs, we have little spare time so please bear with us.
NSARDA is a charity-based Association representing Member Associations
The purpose of NSARDA is to:
- Promote on a National level the charitable work of the Member Search and Rescue Dog Associations of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland;
- Promote the development of Search Dogs, Dog Handlers and Dog Supports / Navigators to locate high risk missing persons;
- Support handlers to achieve a greater understanding of training of Search Dogs.
